Snack, lunch: crackers, cheese, tomato, wrap

My day is going so well 😀 I put my standing station back up… I don’t know why I thought I had to take it down, but it’s back 🙂

Snack is laughing cow and ritz, lunch is Maria and Ricardo’s tomato & basil tortillas with mozzarella and turkey. A side of grape tomatoes.

Breakfast: coffee, bagel, workout.

I woke up this morning and just felt like it was time to work out. I signed up for four 5k races with the intention of actually completing five or more this year. I got a mile and a half in this morning and I’ll be using the walk station at work today, too. I’m logging my food on my fitness pal and will have a summary at the end of the day. Last time I said “I work out,” I stuttered and it came out like “I-I-I-I work out!”
