I’ve learned not to bring my camera into the gym. I’m too clumsy not to damage it, lol

The pictures showing the passage of time will have to suffice.

Leg day

BOSU warm up
Single leg lunges
Squats on the hip sled
– shoulder width
– wide leg
– narrow leg (like in ballet?)
Calf raises
Hip abductor and…the opposite
Stretching
