Because of the make-up, breakfast was a protein shake 🙂
Lunch was a chicken sandwich (same as yesterday)
Dinner is going to be a white monster o.o
Last nights ravioli was tasty! I wasn’t confident about it, so when I gave Jeff his plate, I said “it’s hot, it’s weird, and it’s yours–enjoy!” Without missing a beat, he replied “just like you!” Haha
Love that guy.
Breakfast was half an English muffin with low cholesterol eggs and turkey sausage, with a side of fruit.
Bonus: butternut squash ravioli

You know the die hard movies? Yeah, my eating habits are kinda like that.
Coconut shrimp, pan fried in sesame oil, with steamed asparagus.
This was better than actually expected! I really wanted just a cheese wrap, but then I added protein in the form of black beans, and some fiber and nutrients in the form of spinach. Microwave it for about 30 second (until cheese starts to melt). Top it off with salsa and have yourself a fantastic day 😀
Recipe is from the Weight Watchers Points Plus Power Foods cook book, and therefore, I can’t share with you here… But!! It’s delicious, and you can buy Hoisin sauce at the grocery store. Keeping with the earlier theme… Google it!

I was complaining about how I can’t use my full vocabulary at work. Why? Because someone complained that I “communicate at a level high above my peers.” *snort* google it, Agnes!
My friend made me crack up laughing by suggesting that I print up stickers that just say “google it” and pass them out as appropriate. Hehehe
