Was anyone else’s day Crazy-with-a-capital-c? Oh my goodness..

Breakfast: forgot to set my alarm, the blueberries and oatmeal into my lunch bag… Ate a doughnut when I got to work.

Lunch: An apple (Honey crisp, so good!) This was eaten while running around like a crazy person trying to handle a huge change of plans–note to self: have a plan B. … And C.

Dinner: fried chicken, potato salad, and fruit. Hey! Plan B is delicious…

Fitness: happy hundred – day 1; I got in half an hour of walking briskly and loading/unloading equipment. What about you?
