Fitness: perspective


There’s a quote out there that I really like. Something about how no matter how slow you’re going, you’re still going to lap everyone sitting on the couch.  Well, 1-2 mph isn’t much, bit it’s better than sitting still.

Breakfast was a pumpkin spiced chai and a slice of banana bread.

  1. Amen to that!!!! I think most people decide if that can’t get in a long or normal workout, there is no need to workout that day. I say a short workout is better than no workout!!!
