Breakfast: smoothie


Breakfast is on the go again this morning. Dinner last night was probably shameful. We must have been really hungry to decide that ground beef and Tater tots topped with cheese and ketchup was a good idea. @_@;

This morning is much more reasonable with a Grady smoothie:

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 cup sliced frozen strawberries
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup pineapple orange juice

Blend fully, then add 4 ice cubes and blend again.
