Guess what happens if you eat like me (including anything I don’t post)?
You gain weight.
I think I’m allergic to chocolate. I break out in fat.
My back “injury” has officially been around for a year and some days I sing praises of my chiro and swear it’s getting better (like today), and other days I’m tempted to say f-it and just work out anyway. Just kidding, most strength training hurts too badly right now. (Happy anniversary, back pain!)

Breakfast yesterday was the usual, lunch was a disappointment and dinner was fast food. My phone was dead all day, but I took pictures with a camera that I can upload later. Have a great day!
