It’s amazing there would even be left overs of this masterpiece. We use bisquick, box directions, then add vanilla, amaretto, blueberries, and cinnamon. Nom. Did you miss yesterdays breakfast? It was a repeat:
My work out was extreme yesterday, it was a ripped warrior day. By the end I knew what a Biggest Loser felt like because I was thisclose to throwing up and/or bursting into tears. ° Rope, 30 seconds both arms; 30 seconds crossing the rope and uncro ssing it.
° Treadmill, sprint, 30 seconds at 6.5, 30 seconds as fast as you can ° Box jumps, 1 minute ° Duck unders with a kettlebell (squat under a bar, shift weight, rise, duck under to the other side, rise, repeat) 1 minute ° (Assisted) pull ups, 1 minute ° Knee tucks (?) In plank position, ankles in TRX loops (or on an exercise ball), and tuck knees to chest. 1 minute ° Bosu burpees… Plank on a Bosu, jump out to a plank, feet apart, feet together, jump back in, pick up bosu for an overhead press, repeat, 1 minute ° Medicine ball slam, 15 lb ball, 1 minute ° Alligator walk, feet on sliders, plank position, pull yourself to the other side, do three pikes, then return. 1 minute Complete circuit 3 times. Lunch was just half cup cottage cheese, because my stomach was upset. It was a training night, so I had a pretzel. Dinner was breakfast–a bowl of cereal at home.
