Lunch/workout: chicken sandwich, R.I.P.P.E.D. Warrior

Oh my jiggly goodness. The name of the game today was “modify.” The fitness class I took today was called R.I.P.P.E.D. Warrior and it’s designed to prepare athletes for The Warrior Dash. It’s a blur of mountain climbers, lateral lunges, jump squats, and more. I had to modify almost everything to my level but it was great. Lunch today is grilled chicken on wheat with lettuce, pickles, tomato and cheddar. I’ve got a mix of fruit and Sobe lean machine on the side. Bring it on.
