I think we see now why I weigh 230.

Unless it’s an unwich.  No mayo.


My Fitness Pal isn’t working at the moment, but dinner was a lackluster affair that started with Birds Eye Chicken Teriyaki and had a hard-boiled egg, slice of bread with butter, and smokey bbq wheat thins added on top.

Maybe if I dream of running I’ll burn some calories in my sleep. Oi oi oi.. This is why I track 🙂 So I can have eye-openers like this and make the changes that I need to make to eat healthier and lose weight.
