Dinner: Crock Pot to the rescue!


Into the crock pot this morning went chicken, carrots, celery greens, an onion, and a packet of Italian seasoning.  I added enough water to cover 3/4 of the contents and then let it cook on low for 8 hours.  By the time I got home, this spiced chicken soup was ready and waiting for me and it was just the healthy cap I needed to end a kind of crazy day.
