I added an apple because after scarfing down that “salad” I was still pretty hungry.
Overall today, I noticed that tracking food kept me more accountable than not–especially when I logged it in MyFitnessPal before I started eating it. For example–I did not eat any of the reeses eggs, nor the giant espresso/french-vanilla cupcakes that were offered to me. When I felt hungry, I resorted to water first, and food next.
